The song is about a break up between a man and his wife. She left him after the last argument and she’s gone forever. But while he is laying in bed thinking about her he cries himself to sleep and starts dreaming. In the dream he goes to a distant land to find the hands of time which is a very large, Old and Holy Clock found in a sacred temple, He bows before this sacred clock asking it to rewind so that he and his love could be together again. At some point the hands on the clock begin to rewind everything  back to when she walked out the door and she wakes him up from his dream and they embrace in a hug.
