CYMATICS REMIX CHALLENGE
All melody elements are from the BETA pack, except for the electric guitar. I wanted to make the drums lively, organic and swingy. I recorded some percussive elements myself, for example the tongue click to keep this liveliness. My main goal was to make a head-knocking fire beat that keeps on suprising the listener with different grooves and melodies.

I linked up with the legendary @midashutch a couple weeks ago with the idea to remix the new Jorja Smith/Burna Boy tune and after a whole evening of bumping G-funk at his studio the inspiration flowed flawlessly from there. We showed it to our talented homie @ja-el who finished it off with the slickest bass guitar and synth the world has ever heard... So here you go, we hope you enjoy our version of "Be Honest".
