Simply an iconic track from Swiss brothers Mandrax and Seb K aka Shakedown, ‘At Night’ is one of the most recognisable house tracks of the last two decades. With one of the most-hyped remixes of the year, artist of the moment Peggy Gou has seriously delivered with a squelching 7 minute groover, bringing in that iconic synth motif to lift the production and keep it rolling. Stepping up to tackle this masterpiece with a nu-disco dance track, Tiger & Woods use cowbell to accent a B-boy beat, with drum machine breaks bringing it back to the dancefloor. The first ever release under their Selace pseudonym, the record comes laden with lingering organ chords and stunningly raw vocals, echoing the stripped back quality of Switch’s ‘I Still Love You’ and with a similar deep-reaching feel to Massive Attack’s early 90s classic ‘Unfinished Sympathy’. Production maestro Mousse T. works his magic with his funk-drenched Disco Shizzle mix loaded with a pumping bassline and guitar riffs alongside a deeper Dubby Shizzle version laced with a spoken word hook. It's joined by two remixes of ‘Tonight In Tokyo’ from Jamie’s album of secret weapons ‘Tracks From The Crypt’, released last summer. Both showcasing their own sharp, signature styles, Ben Westbeech’s darker alias Breach drops the deep bass while French house icons Cassius introduce epic chords and sky­scraping synth lines.

Jamie Jones is renowned for his innovative music; his cross genre band, Hot Natured; and his pioneering label, Hot Creations ­ now with the off­shoot Hot Trax. Author of two solo albums for Crosstown Rebels, Jamie has also delivered a number of scene-­defining anthems including ‘Summertime’, his remix of Green Velvet’s ‘Flash’ and Azari & III’s ‘Hungry For The Power’.
