I'm Taj Dana and I'm an acoustic singer-songwriter :)

Writing and playing my own music gives me life.

I really believe music is a way of sharing our souls and that the totality of a song -- lyrics, melody, rhythm, key, the tone of our instruments and the way they rise and recede as we play and sing -- is actually a little piece of our spirit that we get to spread out into the world, connecting us more to ourselves and to one another. When I respond viscerally to any song, and it makes me smile, cry, or gives me chills, I know it's because another soul just touched mine.

I write songs about love, heartbreak, hope, fear, joy, songs to say thank you, and songs to say goodbye.
