Belgian label Arkham Audio announce their Arkham Friends various artist compilation that comes in two parts and features a huge host of names such as Dustin Zahn, Roman Poncet, Insolate, Luis Flores, Zadig, JoeFarr, Florian Meindl, Madben, and many more.

Los Angeles techno legend Drumcell makes a revered appearance to the powerful package after being a part of quality labels including Rødhåd’s Dystopian, Chris Liebing’s CLR and his own, now dormant, DROID Recordings.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the original track titled “Dialogue” that has a thundering energy wrapped into its structure. Focusing on a demented lead hook, its raw, jackin’ sound comes complete with some sinister sounding vocals and analogue intensity.

Everyone On Acid Invites M.Y.R.A. - 12th of August 2022 at Operator Rotterdam

Heatwave acid alert! We were back again with another EOA invites show. For this summer session, we had techno artist M.Y.R.A. ! Her focus is on groovy techno rhythms and hard-hitting percussion, which she will combine with the taste of some refined acid! After graduating from Electronic Music Academy at the Amsterdam conservatory, she is ready to deliver her hypnotic tunes to the dance floors. Therefore she will also participate in EOA volume 8 with a true beauty, which is coming soon!

In 2018, Kegffnayy decided to gather new creative minds and released compilation Albums and EPs on his label called ’Everyone On Acid’. The main idea of this label is to build a platform and bring known artists together with new talented producers on multiple VA releases. A series of radio shows will take place at Operator named “Everyone On Acid Invites” with sets that will be focussing on the characteristic 303 acid sound in different electronic styles. Multiple artists that are involved with the label itself will be invited to play a mix and present you with their perspectives on modern-day acid.

This week we have Izzi Bizzi for the Ismcast.

Izzi Bizzi is the co-founder of the Berlin art collective and label Bipølar. After finishing her audio production studies at SAE institute Berlin, Izzi Bizzi started producing her own tracks, which are characterized by rough vocals, heavy metal and industrial sounds. Her first EP “STFU” was released in february 2019 on Bipølar. Besides gigs all over Germany, Copenhagen, Istanbul, Paris, Vienna and Zagreb. Afterwards she did her first central america tour in 2017 followed by a south america tour in 2019 together with the whole Bipølar. roster.

As a passionate DJane and activist of the Berlin techno scene, Izzi Bizzi made her commitment to keeping subcultural vibes alive. Her DJ sets oscillate between deep melancholic keys, experimental distortion sounds, hypnotic Acid lines and elements of trancy old school 90's techno. Merging these diversified musical patterns into a holistic sound journey mirrors her personality, characterized by an integrated approach. Her music reflects the connection between the polarities - the feminine and the masculine - the brutal and the soft. In live performances she collaborates with diverse artists, for instance FREDERICK, combining all kinds of fine arts.
