Ivan Lins is a great composer Brazilian and one of the most recorded and respected. I'm a big fan. George Benson recorded several songs, as well as great singers of Jazz. I come here humbly put that cloud my vision for this beautiful song of Ivan. Special guest of my dear friend Alvaro Dabus in Flugelhorn, who invited me to this challenge and to honor his dear Father Abrahim Dabus!

Bluefinger and myself got together through Soundcloud. Our passion for smooth jazz brought us together.  The talented Bluefinger created this brilliant instrumental track especially for me to sing vocals on. I titled it Far Away because of the distance between us - he is in Memphis, USA and I am in London, UK. Modern technology is so amazing as that is how we were able to create this track. 

This is a unique situation which turned out beautifully (and there's more to come).

We are due to release this track in a couple of weeks but wanted you to hear it first and you will be able to download it, if you like it, very soon!
