on the Schall & Schwof OpenAir I did experiment a hybrid set spicing a selection of downtempo tracks with a live saxophone played by Vitus Denifl. unfortunately, the recording did not pick up the mic. so here, you find the plain set, but you may or may not discover the sax at some other live performance in the future. we will definitely repeat it..

in 2003, a small hut at the Spree in Berlin opened its doors with the name Bar25. meanwhile the location, today firming under the name Kater Blau, turned into a well known location within the Berlin electronic club scene. we will give a little background on the start, the various re-namings and re-openings, and of course play plenty of music from resident djs and labels that evolved from the Bar25.

not too long ago, the sublabel 'Sirin Music' was off-spinned from the famous 'Bar25 Music' Label.  a good enough reason to have a closer look to the scope of Sirin and to play some of their first releases. some classical world music from Latin America but also deep, tribal sounds from other parts of the world belong to their field of interest.
