What does more to life mean to you?
What is your passion?

So, what does the phrase ‘there’s more to life’ mean for me? 
 
I asked myself this one day and it opened a yearning for something more, something beyond what I know? 

It opens me to seeing where I can make a difference, not only in my own life but in that of others. To understanding that we are here for a purpose and that it isn’t to make money and buy *things* but to build a useful and happy life which includes helping others to realise their potential. That’s not to say making money is somehow a lesser goal, but that making money is not our sole purpose.

So here we are, and this is what I am building.
 
What is my current passion? 
 
Building this, building a community, safe space, resource, movement to help others find their path, discover their own ‘more to life’ and also helping them have the courage to go seize it.
 
Also writing, which is kinda fortuitous as I can build almost everything I need through my writing and also help others to share their message by writing it for them - not everyone can write down the awesome words they hear in their head. 
 
I’ve always enjoyed story telling and getting words down on paper (or in pixels nowadays), I did part of my degree in Creative Writing and was part of a great community called the Writing Bridge for a while. Unfortunately various things got in the way and my writing has been neglected but I rediscovered the joy it brings me earlier this year and have been consistently writing and evolving my words ever since. 
 
This next question is often a toughie - what would I say to someone who is a little bit further back but on a similar path to my journey?
 
We are all on our own paths, my journey, my experiences, my destination are not going to be the same as yours, or anyone else’s. Often it’s all too easy to see someone who is successful and follow what they are doing, and often we find it doesn’t work for us, at least not as well. I suggest you do check out the masters, the gurus, those that you admire, see what they are doing - and then put your own spin on things. If something doesn’t feel *you* then find another way. Square pegs, round holes and all that. 
 
I can only tell you what has worked for me and show you possibilities for what might work for you. You have to decide your own path. 
 
Oh, and while we’re talking about learning - you can learn all you want til your head’s fit to burst but it isn’t til you take action on that learning that you move forward and awesome things happen.
