Entry to Beat Battle BB86 - Retro Synthwave by Paid Basset.
This challenge was about time for us all to go retro-futuristic!
Paid Basset wanted us to bring the sound of the '80s into the future, for all the fan of neon sunsets, dreamy synths, and driving beats.
We had to create an original Synthwave track not longer than 4 minutes using at least 2 samples from the provided sample pack.
The track should capture the essence of synthwave: heavy synths, retro drums, and nostalgic vibes BUT with a modern twist.
We could add our own instruments, synths, and effects, but the samples from the pack should be prominently used in the production!
