Comet sound from Techno Frühstück

It was quiet a memorable date. On 12th November 2014 the probe Philae successfully landed on the comet 67 / Tschurjumow-Gerassimenko. The physicist and Techno producer Daniel Breyer was astonished when the ESA announced that “Tschuri” possessed a mysterious frequency variation in its magnetic field. You can actually hear these cyclical fluctuations with your own ear, when brought within a hearable range. Impressed and fascinated Techno Frühstück got to work. As a tribute to the comet the deep house track Tschuri was created. It will be released on the South-German record label TWIN TOWN on 12/22/14. May the comet continue to peacefully orbit in space. Be excited for a Techno Frühstück track of galactic origin.

Kometensound von Techno Frühstück

Es ist und bleibt ein Denkwürdiges Datum. Am 12. November 2014 konnte der Lander Philae abgesetzt werden und ein Staunen ging um die Welt, als die Landung auf dem Komet 67 / Tschurjumow-Gerassimenko gelang.

Der Physiker und Techno Produzent Daniel Breyer war begeistert, als die ESA bekannt gab, dass „Tschuri“ eine mysteriöse Frequenzvariation im Magnetfeld abstrahlt und man diese in zyklischen Schwankungen hören kann, sobald sie in den für das menschliche Ohr wahrnehmbaren Bereich gebracht werden.
Beeindruckt und fasziniert vom singenden Kometen ging Techno Frühstück ans Werk. Es entstand die Deep House Nummer „Tschuri“, die zu seinem Gedenken am 22.12.2014 auf dem saarländischen Recordlabel TWIN TOWN weltweit veröffentlicht wird. Möge der Komet noch lange friedlich seine Runden drehen. Freut euch auf ein Techno Frühstück Track galaktischer Herkunft.

Übrigens schaffte es Techno Frühstück mit der letzten Singel „Correspondence of Heart an Beat“ auf Platz 88 in die Beatport Indie / Dance Charts. Wir wünschen uns für „Tschuri“ einen kometenhaften Aufstieg.

Masterworks music launch a new series of 10" special editions with this sublime 10" from rising French star Closed Paradise. If you've kept you ear and eye on this cat, you'll know that his thing is groovy, dancefloor magic which shakes its shit right across the house/disco/Balearic spectrum. This latest missive is no exception, and A-side cut "Your Love I'm Gonna Take" is a lesson in sampler use for the rest of us. The producer selects some choice cuts from a soulful strutter and lays them out around a chunky sunset house bassline, tweaking the EQ and teasing the loops out into many a joyful crescendo. Jazzy piano work, coastal guitar licks and a warm sound make this a future Adriatic classic. B-side banger "The Vision" hits us with a headnodding, slo-mo rhythm, cycling into the kind of robotic boogie chugger you'd expect to blow the roof off at El Diablo's. If you dig on Sleazy Beats, early Wolf Music or Jisco, then this is most certainly your jam!
