Alien Sound Trax is back with our next release, this time to showcase some serious talent not holding back with their extremely scientific sounds.

We have devoted ourselves around weird electronic sounds from the start of the label taking our time carefully selecting tracks, but now it's time to show our first VA with majority of up and coming producers showing that they got, plus underground heavyweights bursting through.

This VA was an absolute pleasure to put together for all you crazy weird dark and experimental souls.

A favourite for acid lovers worldwide, Bloody Mary’s Dame-Music imprint stands today as one of the scene’s most loved and respected vinyl-focused labels, with the past ten years welcoming material from some of house and techno’s most revered names including KiNK, Josh Wink and Boo Williams. Marking a decade in impressive fashion, Bloody Mary and Dame-Music will celebrate the label’s 10th anniversary this Autumn as she welcomes seven of her favourite artists to accompany her in delivering her two-part ‘10 Years Of Dame-Music’ series.

Volume 1 sees Thomas P Heckmann return with ‘Fluffy Fingers’ following previous contributions as part of the label’s ‘Melting Point Series’, whilst Tim Taylor also makes his return to the label with ‘Acid Ring’ following the release of ‘Pleasure Unit’ alongside DJ Slip last summer. Next, Tin Man, an artist who is no stranger to the acid sound, makes his label debut with ‘Fear Of Acid’, before handing over to Bloody Mary herself as she delivers her latest production ‘Reclaim’ to round out the first package.

Volume 2 welcomes three label debuts from Lady Starlight, DeFeKT and Schacke, whilst long-standing friend Cardopusher makes a welcome return. Renowned live artist and respected producer Lady Starlight delivers the A1 ‘c one three’, whilst Cardopusher’s ‘Metal Rain’ competes the A-Side as he returns following his collaboration with the label boss on their ‘Conformity Kills’ EP earlier this year. On the flip, Irish artist DeFeKT delivers his Dame-Music debut ‘Sini Star’, before Copenhagen’s Schacke closes out proceedings via the hypnotic ‘Lowest Of Highs’.

The Dj Said

Heavily influenced by his father who owned a music store, Talfelt began playing guitar at the age of 7 years. Discovering the world of musical instruments and with early support and help by his brother he started to jam around using a variety of different hardware and soon found himself being attracted to the realms of electronic music. Together and as 'Team Raw-Cut' they brought out their first EP shortly after.

Inspired by 90's Old School Rap and the skating culture one of his turning points was when he got his hands on an Akai MPC for the first time. Fascinated by the complexity and the possibilities of drum programming he learned quickly and began to elaborate his workflow and production style even more. With an almost fully analog studio setup, the project 'Talfelt' started back in 2017 as symbiosis of both, his musical approach as well as his well-routined and structured workflow resulting in an outstanding creative output with passion, care, and style.

While focussing on uplifting, diverse, and atmospheric Electronic & Techno he also works under his second alias 'Dioxid' which approaches more functional, tool-ish, and propelling styles. With his debut on Instinkt Lab followed by releases on Entourage Concept, Coded Platform, and Vitus' Curse the journey is only at the beginning with loads of projects waiting in the wings. Stay tuned.
