So it's been awhile... Its been a rough few months guys. I've been doing some pretty serious soul searching this year- and that included digging up some  hard stuff from my teenage years, things that I had buried instead of dealing with. Recording this song was an essential part of the healing process for me. 
My hope is that it speaks to anyone who is struggling with an abusive relationship, be that after it has ended or during. We deserve to be treated with love and respect, let's not settle for anything less.

I love songwriting so this really doesn't feel like work to me!
