Tali's music is fundamentally piano-driven, with romantic orchestral strings
creating a captivating backdrop. The melodies are enchanting and the song writing
has a classic quality, all while exploring a delicate balance between the ethereal
and the experimental. In her recording process, Tali often incorporates found
objects, such as shells and pebbles collected during a spiritually enlightening trip
to Lulworth Cove, which inspired the song "Lullaby Cove." This use of found
objects, combined with experimental production techniques, reflects her love for
both nature and the mechanical and industrial world. Her upbringing on an
industrial estate, where her playgrounds were disused trailers and workshop yards,
instilled in her a deep appreciation for these contrasting elements.
Beyond music, Tali Febland's artistic practice extends to the realm of Fine Art.
With her creative energy fully reignited after years of hiatus, she plans to
incorporate live shows and visual elements into her releases. This includes delving
into the cinematic aspects of her work, aiming to create a unique and immersive
experience that complements her artistic vision.
