Walking down an enchanted path carpeted in crimson leaves.
Feeling cuddly inside while observing a rainy autumn afternoon from the window.”

Once again, after an insane summer, the calmer autumn vibes breathe new musical inspiration into me. I never cherished fall so much like this season. Looking forward to deepening connections, taking time for things, consistency, some sweater weather, and sooner or later the hermit mode. Finding beauty in the colder and darker period of the year, instead of running away from it.
Feels like the time to go inward again and find your own magic, give it space to breathe and develop. Embrace creativity. Cast some enchanting spells. Find your own magical learnings. Brew some funky potions.
Dedicating this set to all the Dragons, Dwarves, Elves, Fairies, Giants, Gnomes, Satyrs, Goblins, Orcs, Trolls, Dark Elves, Unicorns, and other mythical creatures out there.

And as Alan Moore once said…

"Instantes" is the new single by Derrok alongside Rodrigo Gallardo, blending electric guitars with Rodrigo's signature vocals and quena flutes. This collaboration marks a new chapter in their shared musical journey, which began with Dueños de la Cima (2017) and continued with their rendition of El Derecho de Vivir en Paz (2019). Instantes is part of Derrok’s upcoming album, which explores a faster and heavier sound while staying true to his organic and melodic essence.

A sound ceremony to the sacred Mambe plant originally used in the show Stardust. 

This piece weaves together sounds captured from the Amazon, layered with ritualistic textures and ancestral rhythms. It honours the plant’s grounding presence and ancient tradition. 

Mambe serves as a bridge connecting individuals to their community, their ancestors and the natural world. Through this ancient medicine, communication flows and understanding deepens. In this musical offering, those sacred pathways are embodied through sound. 

The piano at the end is my original improvisation which later became the charango part heard previous. It was never meant to be left in but in the end I left it there because it flowed nicely.
