Talisa L’Marie is an up and coming British singer-songwriter, of Portuguese, French, Swazi and South African heritage. She has performed alongside UK talent and a host of British underground household names; as part of the Urban Development vocal collective. Currently, Talisa is in the process of finishing her debut EP entitled ‘Lion’, which is set to be released later this year. ‘Lion’ is infused with Pop, Hip Hop, Gospel, Afrobeats and Caribbean Pop. Taking influence from everyday life, her EP ‘Lion’ captures just that. ‘I wanted this EP to be personal because it is. I write from the heart and I wanted everyone that listens to this EP to feel exactly what I am singing about. My experience comes from normal people like myself who go through the many facets of life. Be it happy or sad, I want listeners to be captivated and inspired because just as much as this EP is my life story, it is also your story’.
