After numerous contributions to various artist compilations of labels such as Exhale or Carbone Records, the debut EP of Drept resident Gräfin will be
     
released on MITSU2000 on November 12, 2021. The Istanbul-based artist is no stranger to the scene - her tracks have made their way into the playlists of many DJs and could be heard during different club nights all across Europe and beyond. Gräfin's productions bring a breath of fresh air into the scene - although in line with the current revival of fast-paced techno trance, she manages to connect hard rhythms and immersive melodic elements in a very unique way. Her EP "A Twinkle On Milky Way" is fully dedicated to that sound. It includes four original productions by the Turkish artist and a remix by her label colleague Dwysedd.

Ben Ritz has released EPs on Sweat Equity and Merge Layers. He's not afraid of the high bpms, but this isn't all blender no tender. This is futuristic, hard yet funky techno that is undeniably for the freaks. Find him in NYC or on his vinyl debut right here.
A1 "Up And Down" opens up with an ear-worm, repetitive melody that bangs and jacks with the hard kick and hi-hats. Freakish manipulation of the melody, tasteful breakdown and build-up, and a good dose of space throughout the track make this an undeniable sweat-dripper, trippy chugger. A2 "Do Make Me Strange" has a similarly catchy diddy that undulates around the drums. Restraint is the key here. Hard but funky, with distorted and drippy acidic takes on the main simplistic melodic line--this is a cerebral come-up, cooling your sweaty skin and leading your body to the nooks and crannies of the Hyper Groove.
The title track "Easily Disturbed" opens up the B side by ushering in the mood of the later hours. This is titillating, popping, syncopated, subtle, but still raucous techno right here. Perfect for mid-peak and when you're in your head, sending forces of rave rhythm telepathically to the rest of the dance floor. "Crystalline" closes out the EP with a boom and bang. Hypnosis overcomes. The ego-death has won out against your anxieties. This is music for the thrill-seekers of metropolitan dystopias worldwide...executed with nuance and style.

One of our strongest core beliefs here at camp de la CV is that of authenticity. In our releases, in our voice, in our presentation, we aim to strip away all the unnecessary marketing speak, remove the disingenuousness that can come with online promotion, and do things for the love of it, not to follow a trend or appeal to a certain group of people.  

So we do not say this lightly: Neo/Rejinald, real name Jack Raymond, is a once-in-a-generation type of artist. For having only been in the game for a relatively short amount of time, Raymond's sound design, originality, composition, and technique are all beyond exceptional; freakish even. Apart from founding and releasing on the All Sorts imprint who we also collaborated with for ASCV101, Inceptive is the first comprehensive work that he's put forward. The LP is split across two aliases – one more techno leaning (Neo), one DnB-oriented (Rejinald) – and we are thrilled to be able to present it to the world. 

Absolutely thumping low ends, bright-yet-gritty pads, and steamrolling percussion occupy the virtual A-side of Inceptive, still upholding Raymond's sense of feel-good techno. On the B-side, we find a dynamic, endlessly warm set of Drum n Bass rollers, that will fill your minds and hearts with joy. A truly spectacular listening experience through and through, combining the best parts of dance floor euphoria and at home introspection.
