as i was learning level 1 lesson 17 - past tense there is an example japda- to sell. so why its past and present tense is ending in ayo or asseoyo and  not in eoyo or eosseoyo as the verb stem is jap which ends in 'p'

I can pick up words here and there, I'll listen to this a few more times in the future and see my evolution!
