Since the Assimilation of the Indigenous (which persists today) America has had a predatory preference for mass legal for profit child abduction, trafficking, torture and murder. The modern and current cult-spawned and government funded Toughlove based Troubled Teen Industry racks in billions upon billions a year. MI fostercare for example, pays approx !/2 a million dollars a DAY to institutionalize and abuse youth with tax dollars. The US Govt funded the first "troubled teen" program in partnership with "America's Most Dangerous Cult" Synanon in the 70s, they investigated the programs a few years later and determined they utilized "brainwashing techniques like the North Koreans". The GAO has investigated and testified before Congress since 2007 on torture and death in these programs. Still, the US continues to fund these and funnel in our most vulnerable youth.
