"Mzesumzira" is a precious creation and a result of the hard work of about 30 devoted people. Our amazing story started 7 years ago. At first we organized a few small gatherings that finally turned into "eZo Festival" with tones of mesmerizing parties. And in our very very humble opinion, they were magic - with its special vibes, atmosphere and energy.

Unfortunately, we don't really know if "eZo Festival" will ever take place again. The pandemic is hard on us too and we're out of resources. We've done everything that could have been done to survive, but there is a good chance we won't be able to make it to the end of the tunnel. We don't want to disappear so silently, after so many loud parties that spread nothing but happiness.  So, we came up with something like this:

If "Mzesumzira" is precious to you and you want to take part in its survival, you can do us a favor and receive pretty cool favors in return.

We've created several packages that will help us and, hopefully, provide you with some interesting gifts as well. If none of them suits you or looks too expensive (well, the crisis affects us all), we would also gladly accept the donations - you can donate as much as you can. Georgia has been one of my favorite places since I first visited this beautiful country in 2016.
4GB being one of my favorite festivals around.

It’s heartbreaking to see my friends in Georgia protesting for so long, facing repression. 4GB hasn’t happened for years due to the political situation.

A year ago Tamada asked me for a remix, and it’s finally being released today with all profits going to an NGOs supporting the brave protesters in Georgia.

Lasha Chapel // Live set @ Eastern Electronics, Berlin

A singer-songwriter and electronic music producer from Georgia, Tamada is named after the traditional Georgian table host, or toastmaster: the one who presides over banquets and conducts the evening’s salutes, songs, and stories. His debut album, "Dionysus vs Tamada", revolves around Tamada’s songwriting combined with elements from different electronic sub-genres. Both highly experimental and wildly catchy, his lyrics resemble toasts in ancient Georgian, touching on current social issues and romantic sentiments.

Upon the release of his debut album, Tamada gained the love and support of Georgians of different ages and musical tastes, as well as media coverage from magazines such as Mixmag Turkey, Songlines, Transglobal, Beehype, and more. Tamada is still searching and experimenting, an ongoing process that is unlikely to end.

Following his breakthrough debut, Tamada announced his sophomore album "9 Deadly Sins for Tamada," which was released on July 4th, 2024. He released two singles from the album, "Dao" and "Jinit," on the aesthetic music platform ColoursxStudio. The album continues his exploration of identity, culture, and music with a unique blend of experimental sounds and deeply rooted cultural influences, offering listeners a deeply personal and philosophical experience.
