Troisième volet d'une trilogie de compiles sorties sur Olga Productions, après "DÉLITEMENT" et "Ruines", ", ' ' · , sur les cendres" clot le cycle et l'arc narratif des trois volets, qui reflète l'évolution de la décadence au renouveau, de la désolation à la redécouverte.

We wanted to work around the new rituals, journeys, and ways of celebration—the soundtrack to emerging from the ashes and discovering fresh avenues for revelry and exploration, embracing the novel expressions of joy, the rhythms of resilience.

This release marks the end of a trilogy on Olga Productions, following "DÉLITEMENT" and "Ruines."
As the final installment in this cycle, ", ' ' · , sur les Cendres" completes the narrative arc, offering a musical journey that reflects the evolution from decay to renewal, from desolation to rediscovery.

On ‘Yedora’s Music Catalog’, RougeHotel renders a world of uncanny beauty, where crackles of the divine commune with earthly grit. A world within, where blown out melodies echo through foggy moors and pads n synths are redlined to reveal the harshness at the core of the crystalline prettiness.

This album extends an antennae to the noise, with opener ‘Gruulsignet’ chasing signals in the roil and capturing divine voices in the static. The caustic swirl of ‘Yedora’ and ‘Foil’ are disrupted by glimmering, otherworldly transmissions, heartstopping melodic bursts breaking through like beams of concentrated light through a dark, gnarled wilderness. But it’s on ‘Rhystic Study’ and ‘Choral Chaos Re-Drum’ where the light is forged into form — d&b-inflected slappers that go off like they’re transcribed from ancient druidic runes. The road is long and perilous, so consider this album an amulet, a protective charm, a talisman. This is pathfinder music.

From 2020's Only One and The Meaning of Life to Wood House and Zhuangzi created during Shanghai's lockdown in 2022, these tracks span several years, showcasing his creative depth and rich emotional world.

The album's title, CLEMENCY, embodies a profound philosophy. CHARITY SsB believes that in a world filled with desire, conflict, and war, and within the complexities of societal systems, music is a divine gift of mercy and solace to humanity. Music creation is his sole pathway to experiencing true freedom and spiritual liberation. It holds significant meaning in his life, serving as his soul's sanctuary and the pillar of his spirit.

Many tracks in the album, such as the nearly ten-minute-long Wood House and the ambient-rich Courier, display intricate segment connections and rich musical layers. The weather destroyed the grand piano. Now it waits solemnly on the charred remains of a pile of wooden debris.
