This is a demo of an original song written by yours truly. It was recorded - as usual - in my living room, on my piano, with basically no professional recording equipment whatsoever, so I apologize for the quality of the recording. 

The Spark

There's the spark now slaying all my demons
Burning them to ashes on the ground

But my eyes feel like they're burning
How much brightness is too  bright?
Am I just trading scars for new wounds?
Buy a knife with a new blade
Cutting deeper than before
Replace pain with pain so pain will fade

I'm scared to turn the light to dust
How do I know the spark is real?
