Inner Guidance Healing Arts Studio & Gallery owner Tamara Zenobia launched the New/Full Moon Dance Mediation Album series in January 2022. Tamara combines her love and passion for dancing and music together with her healing abilities. Each compilation is channeled to bring together the right mix of sounds and Vocal Alchemy for a magical and healing experience. 

Full Wolf Moon: The energy that speaks to me on this years full wolf moon is community and solidarity. Globally we will dance together, round the clock and rally for solidarity in our lives and in the world. The wolf, being a pack animal , is so great at coming together and rallying the support and camaraderie of the pack. We need that more than ever at this time. The more of us dancing together in union the more energy we create to manifest what we need in our own lives and for our communities and for the world. 

A week before each new moon and full moon for the year, I will be going into deep meditation and focusing on the collective needs and energies to produce the energetic vibration that speaks to me to create a 1 hour long, free frowling, groovy and intuitive dance compilation.

Exploring snake medicine this new moon. As I danced into the vibration for this months creation the snake made an appearance to me. It was very clear and very strong and very present. I went with it. It felt good to allow the embrace of the snake to guide me through meditation. Here is my message, Release, shed and allow your body to move into the future without the extra baggage.  So, DANCE and shed of all that old skin. Release the stuff that keeps you from moving forward. Just LET IT GO!

New Moon In Aquarius - Snake Medicine -  Sampler

As I danced into the vibration to channel for this months creation I found myself wanting to go within. I felt called to draw on my own inner strength and guidance with affirmations, visualizations and vocalizations. This is definately a season of inner reflection and boosting onself up. Its winter. Its the time of greatest sadness and depression as people ar missing the light and warmth of the sun. This dance meditation will help you warm up your cold bones and invite you to move into the sounds of spoken word, vocal sound healing and groovy beats.




The Snow Moon is the Full Moon in February, named after the snow on the ground in the Northern Hemisphere. Some North American tribes named it the Hunger Moon due to the scarce food sources and hard hunting conditions during mid-winter, while others named it the Storm Moon. Some sources also call it Chaste Moon, although most attribute this name to March Full Moon.
