As we get our dancing shoes ready for the next edition of Sunwaves, we welcome Alex Font to our podcast series. The artist hailing from Valencia is well known for his extremely well-crafted productions, while also running the respected label Acmé, teaching music production and working as a mastering engineer.

Zenk is an emerging talent who started to get noticed for his stripped-back, groovily infused minimal footprint. After the strong support from the Micro House international scene and his various 12 inch EPs released in last years, the youngster has showcased a discerning ear for selecting and producing fresh, inventive records that hit their mark. This set was recorded at Sound Bakery x Picnic, Milan, Italy, event alongside Arapu & Simone Adinolfi. So turn up the volume and enjoy! 🖤

Hailing from the restless city of Tel-Aviv, our next guests are a dynamic duo that has been causing an absolute buzz in the underground.

In a world where new music launches into the air every day, Romi Peles and Eden Gersztenkorn's managed to find something special of their own, using the power of analog machines and live performances. Formed in 2016 the pair's backgrounds in jazz and classical music laid the foundation for an experimental partnership. One that is heavily influenced by the local clubbing scene, as the two searched for ways to fuze everything into their own work.

Injecting an irresistible funk into each set, their tracks are created and recorded on the spot. Forming their grooves in real-time, with the bass synthesized at that moment. Influenced by the audience, the atmosphere, and the venue. Oscar Pink evolved throughout these years of searching and experimenting with their live sets and the duo is constantly searching for new sounds and ways to work. After they were discovered in 2019 by the Welsh label Curtea Veche, their debut double LP 'Parallel Universe' dropped to huge acclaim in 2021, selling out promptly and stamping them as ones to watch in 2022.
