Biography

Leonora Lyric- Soprano

The real name Arevik Tanachian 
Born in 1985 in the city Gyumri-Armenia , got the primary education at the college after Shirvanzade, later attended to the Gyumri Musical school N 2 after Komitas, graduated from the musical school in 1998 as pianist and violinist. In parallel, attended to the Vardan Adjemyan drama theater in Gyumri , participated in the performances led by Khoren Abrahamyan and Yervand Ghazanchyan. 
  For many years, she has attended to the Art Center of Gyumri learned singing, dancing, oil painting and carpet weaving. 
 In 2001, went to the Yerevan State Conservatory of  Gyumri branch voice/sound training classes after completing in excellent was accepted to Yerevan State Conservatory for PhD, in the class led by professor Svetlana Kolosaryan, graduated excellent in 2009.  
Along with the choir and solo gave a concert in Armenia, Karabakh, Austria, Brazil, Uruguay, Lebanon, Argentina and in many other countries.
In  2013 with  "Kohar" choir and orchestra has performed Haydn "Nelson Mass"
In 2013  in Gyumri on the 100th anniversary of "Anush" opera performed as Anush player 
In 2013 gave different solo concerts in Yerevan, Gyumri and Karabakh dedicated to the Armenian Genocide, Komitas and Russian composer Rachmaninoff . She was the soloist of Gyumri St. Astvadzadzin Church, also the member of "Kohar" choir and the vocal teacher of the music school named after Khachatur Avetisyan.
In 2014 in Lebanon presented a solo concert on the occasion of Women and Mothers' Day.
2013-2014 taught at the nationwide Parsegh Ganatchian music school of  Lebanon as a vocal teacher of voice/sound training. 
12 February 2014 was recorded Leonora’s first religious album entitled “Broskhoume” in Lebanon sponsored by famous pianist and compositor Mr. Elias Rahbani. 
19 October  2014  presented a solo concert  in Buenos Aires. 
For a long time her concert activities are supported/conducted by her husband` Manager and Producer  Vicken Tanachian.  
She is also the laureate and gold medalist of "Renaissance" the first contest-festival. 
Leonora is granted with numerous Honor prizes, Certificates, Gratitude, 
Awards of Honor as a teacher, soloist and pedagogue.
