An ode to Brazilian jazz and guitar music of decades past, 'Morning Samba's glossy, bouncy reimagining of lo-fi hiphop shows the heights the genre can reach when put in the right hands. 'Morning Samba' follows on from the duo’s sultry single Perseverance.

This beat aint finished and I need someone to sing on it, but SC was better when it felt like u could just drop any idea u had in the moment u still felt some way about it. SO fuck it thats what imma do.

Ambivalence

On this new flip the three musicians got together and recorded a track reminiscent of 70’s funk. Groovy guitar riffs and lush keys paired with tastefully executed drums are driving the track forward and immerse the listener into a sunny and relaxed atmosphere. A perfect track for positive introspection or enjoying a nice sunset.
