My name is Charlie Johnstone aka ‘Tang’. I’m a 21 year old aspiring drum & bass DJ/producer. I was born and bred in Bromyard, so playing at my hometown festival Nozstock has always been on the bucket list for me!

I got my first pair of decks when I was 15 after being inspired by my cousin, who is also a drum & bass DJ. From there, I went on to study music technology at college and began to produce my own music. Since then, I’ve had releases on labels such as GZ Audio, Identity Records and Twisted Sounds Audio, as well as bagging myself a few sets.

In this mix I have tried to showcase all the styles of drum & bass that I love playing. Starting off with a jungle intro, then going into some heavy and techy tracks, followed by a bit of jump up and some deep rollers, before finishing with some dark and gritty minimal and a classic to draw it to a close. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it!
