This month i invited the duo Responder from Bielefeld, Germany for the second time.
Their first appearance was five years ago - so it was just about time to bring them back; and their quality!
Rico Henschel and Benjamin Sanker started working together six years ago and could achieve a great reputation over the years with releases on Affin, FLASH Recordings and Planet Rhythm.

Brenda is a Chicago-based techno DJ. She is A&R for Format Recordings, resident DJ and co-producer of their weekly techno podcast series, Format.FM, and joint curator of the Format underground warehouse event series. A classically trained pianist and saxophonist, her expansive understanding of structure and rhythm allows her to draw inspiration from all kinds of music, from soulful jazz to dark, gritty drum and bass. Brenda’s talent for laying down everything from pulsing ethereal beats to jackin’ stompers demonstrate her versatility all while maintaining consistent themes of darker, harder techno.

Kikelomo's Crack Mix features a charged up fusion of genres, alongside a slew of unreleased gems too.

On her Crack Mix, Kikelomo describes it as "one of my more moodier mixes", in part due to the winter season. “Expect a lot of percussive sounds influenced by my time in Ghana and the music I heard in Accra," she says, "mixed in with a generous splash of house and breakbeats. I'm incapable of not playing jungle and drum'n'bass, so, as always, there is a cheeky switch up towards the end."
