Tanner Checketts, known professionally as Ghost Note Beats, hails from Ogden, Utah and first discovered his love for music at the age of 8 through drumming. Fast forward two decades, and Tanner developed his own personal sound in hip hop beats. He was inspired by his friend and colleague, Son of Ander, who introduced him to his first music production software.

Drawing from a diverse range of musical influences spanning hip-hop, rock/metal, and EDM, Ghost Note Beats crafts unique instrumentals that reflect his evolving journey in music. Inspired by the likes of Atmosphere, Grieves, and more, Tanner's sound is a fusion of genres, embodying his personal epithet that 'Music is life, life is music.'
