Loïcc Guest Mix | FC Sound on Nomad Radio [04/02/23]

The first tape originates in Clarissa Sector, the central data center of the now fallen Gelatin Prime Colony. Originally aiming to provide security by gatekeeping all data flows, the sector gradually targeted all opposition to the status quo by remotely shutting down augmented body parts of combative meta-humans. Since the demise of its original government, Clarissa Sector has been a contested space, and is currently being controlled by an anonymous group of bio-hackers and data anarchists. They support full autonomy over personal body enhancements for all augmented individuals and are now releasing a new tape of magnetic field recordings and drone soundscapes to support their cause.

Alessio Sanna started his artistic journey as a student of Rudra Béjart in Lausanne. After 10 years of work in the choreographic field, he shifted his focus from the body to the sound, and began a deep research that brought him to explore the “art of noises”, learning the analog synthesis of frequencies through his Modular System. After settling in Berlin he has been alternating between dancefloor targeted productions and rather experimental projects. In close collaboration with longtime friend and dancer Lunella Cherchi he’s at present involved in project that aim to condensate his previous experience as a choreographic artist and the new ones as musician.
