The song Molda is written about visiting an earth being. She has deep roots, stretching deep into the softness of earth matter. We are invited to give her our seeds so they may grow, turn into bountiful harvest, fill our hands with crops in awe of her creative genius nature. Earth is envoked in the song as being alive, a gift that gives and a divine creation that never sleeps. The song ends with the words: Molda þú mæltir þér mót við mig. Þú græðir mig. It means: Molda (the earth being) you called me to you. You heal me.
