《中年考古學》為藝術家趙少杰同名展覽所創作之原創配樂，由 Michael Liu (劉道文) 作曲、演奏與製作。全曲為純器樂形式，融合環境音場與極簡樂句，營造出沉靜、斑駁且內斂的聲響氛圍。作品無人聲，化為一座可感知的聲音遺址，回應展覽對身體、時間與記憶的探索。

"Archaeology of Midlife" is an original soundtrack composed, performed, and produced by Michael Liu for the eponymous solo exhibition by artist Teoh Shaw Gie. Presented as a purely instrumental work, the piece blends ambient field textures with minimalist motifs to evoke a soundscape that is contemplative, weathered, and restrained. Devoid of vocals, the composition serves as a perceptible sonic relic—an auditory response to the exhibition’s reflections on the body, time, and memory.

中年考古學

〈力量〉為大愛劇《我們六個》插曲，從張愛玲筆下的時間譬喻出發，以流行搖滾的層層堆疊，唱出每個人逐夢過程中的堅韌與掙扎。歌詞呼應論語中的「智、仁、勇」精神，描繪歷經風霜之後，仍選擇全心守護信仰與希望的瞬間，傳遞微小卻真實存在的力量。

“Strength” is an insert song featured in the Da Ai Television drama The Six of Us. Inspired by Eileen Chang’s metaphor about time, the track unfolds in layered pop-rock textures to portray the resilience and struggle found along the path of chasing one’s dreams. The lyrics echo the Confucian virtues of wisdom, benevolence, and courage, illustrating moments where, even after enduring hardship, one still chooses to guard faith and hope with all their heart—a quiet yet powerful force that persists.

It's Crazy

今天是世界動物日，也是我的新歌〈北極熊寶寶〉發表的日子！

我不敢說我是個環保人士，但我是個會做好資源回收、努力節能減碳的普通人。
.
在我的歌曲中，有不少涉及到環保相關議題，不是我想要裝高尚或是表現某種帥氣的態度，而是我認為環境的破壞是如此顯而易見，不用多做什麼研究，時不時就會在各種媒體上看到相關的資訊，甚至只要抬頭看看天空，也能明顯的感受到地球正一天一天的死去。
.
如同這次的歌曲〈北極熊寶寶〉，儘管我一輩子沒見過牠們，但你我都知道牠們的生存環境正因為人類而一天一天的惡化。我還不是什麼有巨大影響力的帥氣男兒，我所能做到的也就是召集夥伴們一起創作，用音樂為環境盡一份心力。
.
希望大家喜歡這首歌曲，並分享出去，讓更多人聽見這首歌曲，也許就能藉由這首〈北極熊寶寶〉，讓大家對於更關注環保議題，救救每一隻瀕臨絕種的北極熊，救救每一種瀕臨絕種的物種，讓地球更美好。
