Seu som é composto pelas referências de grandes nomes da cena eletrônica e festas que já frequentou, como Universo Paralello, Boom Festival, Time Warp, DGTL, Gop Tun, Capslock e Tantsa. 

Através de uma pesquisa musical extensa e transições bem elaboradas, busca criar uma atmosfera progressiva e autêntica que navega livre e harmonicamente pelas variações do house e techno.

The Romanian artist synthesizes her hyperactive but sensitive personality into her music, playing from high energy to dark and groovy Techno.

Her musical journey began in The Netherlands during her university years. Right away she became completely immersed in the Dutch Techno scene. 

She describes that experience as “you feel like you’ve been roaming around all your life and all of a sudden you find where you belong. It was all about the music.” 

She started to collect music on vinyl and spend a lot of time at record shops in Amsterdam while teaching herself how to DJ. That is a common trait in her life, a lot of her skills are self-taught. 

Techno speaks to her hyperactive personality, but sensitive nature. And that is how she builds her sets. The musical journeys she creates are always a mix between high energy, groove and emotional moments. 

Her recent release “Gracias a la Vida” got global attention after Indira Paganotto played her track at MainStage Tomorrowland. In the aftermath, Andra has been featured in the Rolling Stone, CNN, Rock & Pop and La Nácion. 

Tao Andra has brought her timeless sound to many corners of the world. From Brazil to Australia, Germany to India, Albania to Chile.
