Nearly scrapped this beat when I just had the loop with the saxophone chops - it had a nice vibe but wasn't enough on it's own. Had to persevere with trying different chops to layer on top, and was eventually able to add weight to the track with some nice chops that added a lot of atmosphere and vibe to the beat.

Leant pretty heavy into the sadder side of this acapella for this remix, very very heavy stuff being spoken on and I thought this beat brought out the pain and frustration being vented in the lyrics. Seems like a lot of these problems haven't changed and arguably have gotten worse, but without question this track is dope for even pointing out all the problems and drawing attention to it for those who listen. One of the best most positive uses for music imo. Hope people enjoy the remix, thanks for checking it!
