This beat was pretty long to flip cause of the way the hi hats were in the sample, loads of 16 and maybe even 32 note rolls, which made it a bit tough to sequence whilst keeping a consistent tempo. I had to really experiment with what drums I used cause some sounds would clash with the drums in the sample, defo glad I took my time with it cause I'm really happy with how the drums ended up sounding on this one, think the overall groove and mix is strong.

Collabed with R.K on this a while back, he did the animation and I provided the beats. Thought it would be dope to post here as he just reposted onto his new channel, and I haven't heard a lot of these beats in a while. Defo nice to have things like this where I have a collection of beats with a similar vibe. Will defo be doing this more in the future, think it's a good way to re release and present old beats.
