This is part of a collabo with befriended artists of mine. They have a painting I make it to music out and vice versa.

As a whole, it spreads a dark, cold, almost scary atmosphere but on the other hand it seems isolating, empty and alone. The black part is just as important as the mask/head and in my eyes represents space. Space I'm floating in, where my shell (the mask) is searching the ungraspable truth of happiness. Something is there and I can feel it, just as one might be confused by the emptiness of the painting, I sense that something invisible has to be there. I tried to empower this with a back and forth of lush instrumentals and vocals staying as vague as possible without missing my point and an overwhelming burst of unsatisfaction combined with unimportance and nihilism ended by a Haiku pleading for my head to come to a rest for now.

For the longest time I could  think,
outer- plus headspace are blending in.
Revision tells me I'm missing hints.
My space is filled with something indistinct.

Head to head, toe to toe.
So far yet so close.

Impossible it seems, 
to fill in my needs.
