Tarab Cast 01 - Alberto Tolo

For the first set of our podcast imprint, we’re pleased to welcome Alberto Tolo abord.

Alberto Tolo is an Italian DJ and producer from Padua born in 1990, since early 2000 he started making and play his music, in 2006 he released his first ep and he never stopped. In early 2010, Alberto released his first ep on a very big label such as SCI+TEC which was followed by a second one a few years later. After his experience on minimal techno, he decided to move into more raw sound with the first release on Kaiserdisco's label KD RAW, this release changed his vision of music forever and kicked off his personal journey on hypnotic techno releasing tracks on underground techno collectives such Different sounds, Reflekt and in his own signature ALT.

From the sun-drenched beaches of Miami to the rustic beauty of Italy, Carlo Vento has developed a unique sound crafted through years of worldwide travel, diverse experiences, and a long love affair with techno music.

Carlo began DJ’ing on vinyl in 1997 and discovered techno upon moving to Italy in 2002. It was love at first sound. He was obligated to take a short break from music to study for his engineering license in 2018 and shortly afterwards, Carlo began DJ’ing releasing music again in 2021. He has since returned in full force and in the last year been signed to ONI Recordings, Different Sound, and his own imprint, E-HRZN Records. Currently, he is working on a host of new singles and EP’s to be released later this year (2023) as well as on fulfilling his lifelong dream of establishing his record label (E-HRZN Records) at the forefront of the techno scene.

Tarab Cast 02 - Carlo Vento

The young and promising dj from Osijek, under the pseudonym Phrasal, began his musical journey in 2016 with deeper research into electronic music and the culture that surrounds it. 
Melodic and transcendental sounds, influenced by fast and groove rhythm, are what define his sets. 
A resident of Croatia’s event series HUSH, and an artist always keen on stepping outside their zone of comfort

A leading artist on the Parisian scene, Elodie aka Abs8lute has many strings to her bow. The artist founded the renowned Vénus Club, and is a fervent activist in favor of women's representation and inclusivity into the music industry.
