This song is inspired by the story of a young couple traveling to Paris together for the first time.  The arrive on a Monday and decided to see the Louvre the next day.  Unfortunately when the young couple arrive at the Louvre (on the Tuesday) they discover it is closed so, they run around Paris to see what the city has to offer them.

“A Work Without A Wall” was written to commemorate the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989.   I watched the Berlin Wall fall on television and this event has stuck with me to this day.  The song was inspired and written from my perspective of watching the Berlin Wall fall and from my experience in regards to living in Berlin during the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
