This is not just any Jupiter-8. This is the very Jupiter 8 that Michael Sembello wrote the Flash Dance megahit: "Maniac" on. The same synth also made it into Quincy Jones and Michael Jackson's "Thriller" album.

Artist like Abba, Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke, Duran Duran (Hungry Like The Wolf, Save A Prayer), Marvin Gaye (Midnight Love), Giorgio Moroder, Queen (Radio Ga-Ga), Tears for Fears (Seeds of Love), Kraftwerk used it. It was also heavily featured in movies like Scarface, Beverly Hills Cop, Never Ending Story and thousands of other prominent artists have used the Jupiter 8 in their works. It is called the King/Queen of poly-synths for a reason. Incredibly phat in the bottom. Perfectly bright on the top.
