Like the Flavor text says, his stats are actually 1 TO 1 with his coded ones, he's stronger than both NEO and Alpha even if the screen doesn't make it seem so.
This is essentially just a boss rush of an "upgraded" version of ~~Popcornpr1nce's~~ Hatsune Miku's UNDERSWAP.
