During the period between autumn and spring I was blessed to experience four times a solitary retreat near the mountains to move a step forward in my own journey as human being and musician. 

I embraced the silence and found feelings that demanded to be welcomed and contemplated. 

Out of silence I found an interconnected universe that I express in the form of music. 

Thanks to the people who have shared moments with me over the past year, you are an essential part of all of this.

Nekawa is a collective of artists and music producers supported by one another in conjunction with a deep, unitedly shared essence which is hard to define.

Artists and musicians have an important role to play in the story of life on the earth. We bring forth and evoke the expression of emotion, inspiration and imagination. We provide experiential stimulation, which can lead to realisation through tweaks and bends in perception.

As individuals, we are as vulnerable as any human being. We face layers of struggle on the path to the flourishing of our power and creativity. Standing tall as an artist is hard in this world. 

United like a tribe, we are stronger and more multi-faceted than otherwise imaginable. Collaboratively we invent beyond what is otherwise possible, and we remind one another of the work we are here to do. The path we are here to walk. 

We walk as individuals, awakening with each step along our common, expansive trajectory. 

The producers listed on this release have connected in recognition of that trajectory.
