My recorded set, live from Chosewood Ballroom with Ecstatic Dance Atlanta on a crisp January day in 2020. 

Before the dance started, I had the opportunity to facilitate the opening circle where I asked dancers to envision an intention for what they see being cultivated during this dance - and throughout, giving their bodies the permission to truly inhabit those intentions to the fullest capacity.
