VARIA is pleased to present the next episode in its podcast series, featuring E2NMN.

E2NMN creates a unique atmosphere behind the decks, delving into the deeper side of techno. Her sound is built on a foundation of atmospheric soundscapes, complex rhythmic patterns, and powerful synth lines. Having played at notable venues like Tresor, she has solidified her standing in Berlin's dynamic techno community. For E2NMN, her sets are more than just a musical journey; they're an attempt to create a powerful connection and encourage a sense of introspection on the dance floor.

Her move to Berlin sparked a deep dive into the city's techno scene, ultimately leading her to co-found the Warum nicht? Kollektiv, which showcased her collaborative spirit and early motivation. As a producer, E2NMN has also made her mark with the "Choices" EP on Paris’s Void Records. She has built on this success, most recently landing a release on the label of Isabel Soto, marking E2NMN's arrival as a prominent producer in her own right.

Luke Blunton steps into the spotlight with his debut EP on Laib und Seele Records. A dynamic journey through textured, progressive soundscapes. The four-track release flows effortlessly between playful minimalism, infectious groove-driven house, deep dubby atmospheres and a trance-infused remix.

Opening with ‘Mirror State’, this track sets a confident tone with playful precision. A vocoded vocal line weaves through a stripped-back minimal framework, layered with rolling acid modulations and anchored by a bouncy bassline.

Next up, ‘Daisy Chain’ locks into a classic four-to-the-floor rhythm, a delicately produced proggy, deep house cut with meticulous attention to detail, topped off with a cheeky infectious melody that gets bodies moving and faces smiling.

‘Marinara Trench’ follows, diving deeper into dubby depths with a spacious, atmospheric feel. It unfolds like a voyage into deep waters, guided by immersive synth pads, slapping percussion and a subtle sense of motion that keeps the energy flowing while shifting the mood into more introspective territory.

Closing the EP, Nickon Faith takes another look into the mirror with his remix of ‘Mirror State’, transforming it into a trancey roller laced with psy elements, while maintaining its evolving proggy style, enriching it with extra rhythmic layers and a new splash of percussive flavour.
