We’re kicking off this year with Spacecast #12 by @tassi_kluth. Hailing from Hamburg, Tassi is one of the city’s up-and-coming female artists. Her music style is incredibly diverse, which is beautifully reflected in this set.

She answered a few questions for us:

1. How did your stage name come about ?
Tassi is my nickname. I couldn't really think of anything else. I could only think of silly things. I feel most comfortable with Tassi

2. When did you start DJing ?
Since the 1st lockdown, I bought a small controller and haven't been able to stop since.

3. Favorite club ?
Heideglühen in Berlin
Südpol in summer

4. Favorite time ?
Sunrise

5. Favorite color ?
orange

6. Favorite food ?
Mom's noodle pan special

7. Favorite planet ?
Jupiter

8. Best experience while DJing ?
Sunday afternoon b2b with Captain up at the South Pole. The vibe was indescribable.

9. Worst DJing experience ? First gig on the Reeperbahn at Lehmitz. First and last Frühclub party. I played from 6-9am. Most of the guys in the club were heavily intoxicated and they just harassed and annoyed me while I was playing.

Ein weiteres Jahr Zugvögel geht zu Ende. 
Ein weiteres mal 5 Wochen in  Udenbreth in der Eifel, ein weiterer Sommer voller unzähliger, besonderer Momente mit der besten Crew auf Erden! <3

Es war einfach nur fantastisch dabei zu sein und mit der tollsten Heu-Crew ever einen richtig geilen Floor auf die Beine zu stellen. Zu allem Überfluss durfte ich dann auch noch das letzte Set des Lineups am zweiten Montag von 11-1 spielen - was für eine Ehre! 
Und was für eine Erfahrung. Noch nie hat sich mir beim auflegen so eine wunderbare Schow geboten und ich mich gleichzeitig so wohl gefühlt. Das Sauna-Auto das plötzlich auf dem Floor stand, das Plattencover was mir kurz vorher von Pangea geschenkt wurde, geliebte Menschen, grade aufgestanden oder die Nacht durchgetanzt, und tausend verrückte Kleinigkeiten haben diesen Morgen für mich zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht! 

Danke allen die dabei waren und mit mir getanzt haben für diese tollen zwei Stunden!

Was war das für eine fantastische Reise?!

Tausend Dank und happy birthday @mitdirfestival ! Als ganz persönliche Gratulation haben wir dieses feine After Hour Set zusammengeschustert und feiern damit nicht nur das 10-jährige Jubiläum, sondern auch unsere "Friendship Power"! Hintenraus wird's entsprechend emotional und während wir diesen Text schreiben, kommt die Gänsehaut zurück, wenn wir nur daran zurück denken, was ihr am Ende des Festivals noch für Energy versprüht und sogar die ein oder andere Träne verdrückt habt!

yeah guys, what can i say? i love sundays. i love festivals. i love beautiful stages. i love killer sound systems. i love sunshine. i love people smiling while they dance. and i love cold sparkling wine with apple juice.
and you know what else i love? since last year, i’ve been lucky enough to experience all of this - again and again! first moyn, then bosbucht, fusion, lethargy… and now bucht der träumer perfectly slots into this sunday-funday series.
it was so amazing with you all. i never in a million years expected this huge, empty floor to fill up so quickly with incredible people and in the end, it was packed. and hallelujah, i had the best time ever!

massive thanks to my insane crew, who once again built a stage full of love, insane sound, and lights from the ground up. i’m so unbelievably proud of you, of us, and of everything we’re creating! <3.

Hello lovely people, so me and Sara decided to take this 2 hours to make it meaningful, especially after 3-4 days of partying we didn't want to miss the chance to speak up. Sadly the last part was not recorded live (I guess the memory was full hehe) but here it is! 

Honestly if you ask us both, this set was our highlight of our DJ careers, without a doubt. 
Thank you all for your energy, for the feedback, for the after hugs. We were so emotional at the end that it was very beautiful to cry with all of you. Thank you for co creating this core memory. Thank you, Vulvaa power for always believing in us. Hopefully we see each other next Bucht!
