Summer is back and we are more than happy to have the chance to visit smaller open air venues and to be back behind the decks for one or another occasion. 

To keep up the good mood in crazy times, we invited our buddy Aline to provide you with 75 minutes of groovy tunes. 

Whether writing about music, or actually producing it: Swiss artist Aline is dedicated to this creative element in all its facets and varieties. As a journalist, she puts her musical sensibility on paper, as an artist she transforms words into sounds. 

Influenced by minimalistic patterns and crunchy beats she disconnects, what belongs together and unites what’s actually not destined. She commuted to her second residence in Berlin for a while, however is based in Zurich at the very moment.

For our July edition of this year's podcast series, Aline put together this fine selection of minimalistic, deep and groovy house records. We hope you enjoy her mix as much as we do and say thank you Aline.

Alex, aka Érratic, hails from Orléans in central France, where he has forged a remarkable career as a DJ and producer, specialising in Deep House and Minimal electronic music.
His musical journey began with the strings of a guitar, the thrum of a bass, and the harmonies of a keyboard, culminating in the formation of a rock band that graced the stages of bars and restaurants. However, it was the allure of electronic music that captured his heart when he moved from France to London, driven by his burgeoning career as a chef. An avid clubber, he immersed himself in the dance music scene, igniting connections with DJs from around the world.
Equipped with Traktor and a MIDI controller for Ableton Live, Alex began his DJing journey, initially spinning vinyl at weddings and friend's parties. His dedication and passion soon led him to higher ground.
As a musician, Alex transitioned into the realm of hardware, embracing Dawless gear with a Roland-centric setup, featuring the TR-8, Jupiter XM, TB-3, TR-8S, Keystep Pro, and Blackbox. His devotion to Roland's iconic sound is unmistakable, coupled with a penchant for 909 drums.
The last three years have seen him channel his creative energies into producing original tracks, gracing labels such as Symbiotical Records, Mole Records, Gliese Records, Fresh Take, and DNAM. He thrives on collaborations with fellow artists, predominantly within the realms of Deep Tech House and Minimal genres.
With a signature BPM range of 125 to 131, Alex creatively crafts his sonic tapestries with intricate minor 9th pads, dubby stabs, groovy basslines, and infectious housey chords. His compositions resonate with the spirit of legendary artists like Janeret, Frink, Dj Steaw, Kolter and iO (Mulen).

Ibiza-based French-born DJ and producer Jeremy Weeks came up on old school house and minimal and for the last 20 years has been serving up his distinctive take on groove at clubs around the world. He first built his reputation with punchy cuts

and a solid constant groove that always got crowds in a sweat. A decade ago he made the move to Ibiza and became a promotor for Fuse and Carl Cox while evolving his own sound into what it is today with sets at some of the most iconic venues on the island such as Space Ibiza, Sankeys, Zoo Project, Heart, Privilege, Pikes, Pacha, DC-10 and Amnesia.

When in the booth serving up his selections, Jeremy’s spans from deep US house to soul, from minimal to old school French touch and is an active member of Orinoco Soundsystem and co-founder of SelectorForRavers. He has been turning out his own fresh beats since 2015 on esteemed labels like Vaporized Records, H24 Musique and 07hdumat, Elarum, Brique Rouge, NG Trax, Discotech, Dealer2zik, Picture Perfect Recordings, Draft and more. He is a core part of the underground who never fails to make his mark with the music he plays.
