LEASE OPTIONS

1.  $15 USD – You will receive two high quality MP3 files of the untagged beat.  One will be mixed at approximately -6db to allow room for vocal recording.  One will be mixed at -0.1db for listening purposes. Non-Exclusive Leasing Rights Apply

2.  $25 USD – You will receive one high quality MP3 file of the untagged beat mixed at -0.1db for listening purposes, and one 24bit WAV file of the untagged beat mixed at approximately -6db to allow room for vocal recording.  If you want a 16bit WAV instead of 24bit or the WAV mixed at -0.1db, let me know in your email.  Non-Exclusive Leasing Rights Apply

3.  $50 USD – You will receive one high quality MP3 file of the untagged beat mixed at -0.1db for listening purposes, one 24bit WAV file of the untagged beat mixed at approximately -6db, and the 24bit WAV stems of all individual components of the beat (instruments, drums, etc.) that will mix at approximately -6db when put together.  If you want 16bit WAV's instead of 24bit, or the WAV mixed at -0.1db (does not apply to stems), let me know in your email.  Non-Exclusive Leasing Rights Apply

NON-EXCLUSIVE LEASING RIGHTS
You will receive a high quality MP3 file of the untagged beat, and/or a copy of the WAV file, and/or stems of the beat in WAV format (depending on lease purchased). The file or files will be delivered digitally to the email address you provide within 24 hours of payment. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 3,000 copies. Selling more than 3,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except for reselling the beat and/or any of its components). You will receive a PDF contract in the email granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 3,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale.  You must give full credit to the seller (Tasty Laundry) on all commercial recordings and non-profit “mixtapes”.  Credit should state, “Produced by Tasty Laundry”. Upon purchasing non-exclusive leasing rights, the seller (Tasty Laundry) still owns the beat and all of its components and the seller is able to resell the beat and/or its components to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
