Motswako has been prominent in the rap culture for generations and now it flushes in, an act that refers to himself as "a producer that happens to know how to rap better". 

Real name Lesego Mokoto, Tattoo Lefoko has been in and out the music industry with no proper stance on it, but 2016 proved to be his year of clawing to the top but then, the tale turned into a tragedy. "I could feel the blow up and just like that, I lost my vision and became blind. It was a difficult phase in my life and you know how it goes... when days are dark, friends are few. Doctors found nothing wrong with my eyes, I started to believe in God and here I am today," he explains. Now after taking a two year break, and some of his vision restored, he is ready to kick things off again . 

You might remember him from a song on DJ Lemonka's Motswakotapell titled "Hold You Down" ft. OBK, and a collaborative mixtape with DJ Lemonka that was released in 2016 titled "2744 Mixtape" featuring well known names such as Tuks, KB Motsilanyane, Proverb, Towdeemac and more. "I'm privileged and grateful to have songs with high calibre artists, Lemonka was the plug and I'm grateful," he said. 

Tattoo Lefoko fell in love with Hip Hop way back with influences from Zola, Amu, Hhp, Proverb and more, with international influences from Ludacris to Methodman, Jay Z and the likes. When he told his mom that he wanted to pursue music after high school, naturally his mom refused and was forced to study electrical engineering. "Looking back at it, I understand why she didn't support this dream of mine at first. Music artists were starving at that time so she never wanted to see me struggle for a paycheck however, she is my number one fan now," said the producer/rapper. After two years of being a bad student, his mom finally gave in and gave him blessings to seek his heart's desire. 

He heads into 2019 with plans of releasing another body of work titled #BadNewsTape and re-establish a solid fan base before his debut album release.
