This song is my tongue in cheek refusal to take adulthood too seriously. It’s about escaping pressure and letting the day be simple, silly, and free, just like a happy dog basking in the sun. I wanted the vocals to sound playful and animated, the production sparkling and bold. It’s a reminder that joy and rest aren’t laziness, they’re rebellion with a wagging tail.
