No Longer Human

Michael's Study Sessions is an exploration of improvised musicality. I used only the Una Corda piano vst and Padshop (only if necessary) in the making of a series of songs. The idea was to find a sound that inspired someting. That something would be fleshed out quickly on the fly and then immediately recorded. The point of this exercise is to try to capture the raw emotion in the heat of inspiration.
The melody on this song was recorded adlib to the accompaniment and is a one take.
