TBA was a garage/pop/punk band active in Washington DC in the late 80's, early 90's. 
Just posting a few of our old tracks recorded when we were like 15-17 years old with the legendary Don Zientara at Inner Ear Studios (Minor Threat, Government Issue, Scream, Fugazi, all that great stuff recorded there in his basement studio, including young struggling, far less talented upstarts like us.)--such a wonderful scene and great people back in the day that supported us and stoked our passion for playing!!
