Based in Halle/Leipzig, the DJ duo n:oem are introducing their favorite house tunes live from Black Rhino Radio studio.

In their DJ sets, they bring together a range of different electronic music styles, mostly playing funky electro, breaks, and progressive house, but they also have a soft spot for experimental sounds as well as R&B and rap. Besides DJing, they host the radio show „something sweet something salty" on Sphere Radio and are part of the Halle-based collective OG2G.

We are delighted to introduce you to another exciting new talent from the underground music community: fatmuska is a DJ from the city of Halle and a member of OG2G, a collective she shares with like-minded musicians and artists. She first came to our attention after contributing to the excellent Callshop Radio show "Whatever Floats Your Boat", hosted by our good friend Sam. Later she gave a strong performance on the infamous II. Row stage at this year's Tarmac Festival. We are happy to give this emerging youngster another step on her way to well-deserved recognition. And this mix certainly has the potential to do just that. Elegantly balanced between thunderous bass and proggy basement bounce, spiced up with an uplifting intermezzo here and a demolition techno moment there. A mix like a colourful but well-chosen bouquet of great variety - just like we like it!

@vanaenae_r 's great love is house music in all its variations, groovy with vocals, especially from the 90s. With various Leipzig projects in the past (Music Of Color) as well as the present (G-Edit, Sunday Love Affair), she strives to shape club culture sustainably for BIPoC and FLINTA*. Vanaenae isn't interested in rigid genres; her music instead serves as bridge between various house subgenres, paying homage to classics and second-hand gems while incorporating contemporary releases. 

For WFYB, she plays records that have accompanied her for some time. Indie rock, her dad's club records that were strange to her when she was 14 and other emotional companions.

Hailing from Leipzig by choice, eves120’s roots trace back to dresden. As a resident of Objekt klein a she always likes to return to the hallowed halls, which she once helped to create as part of the Palais Palett itself. After a few years behind the bar of her favorite club and second home, she played her first gig in 2017, then influenced by disco, her sets are now mainly house-heavy with progressive and broken influences.

Triqi is a Berlin raised and based DJ that first started her journey DJing while studying in Amsterdam. Now back in her hometown she has started a collective and mix series project Paradisco, joined the FLINTA* collective BLVSH and is a member of the local THF radio crew. For this mix, she's traversed from a slow and chunky 90s dub towards progressive house, bouncy latin-infused rhythms with a sprinkle of electro and old school breakbeat.
